Here are the recent rumors around the league.
Help!: According to Orlando Sentinel, the Orlando Magic is looking for a scorer because, why not? Orlando is averaging the second lowest points per game, 94.8, in the league. They also have the third worst FG%.
Checking the production of the players, Evan Fournier is their best scorer with 16.9 points in 43.3% shooting. They have four players who average double-digit points per game.
Overall, I don't think they really need a scorer. But with their current starting line-up, they may need to replace one of Payton and Biyombo to relieve their scoring woes.
A Need: According to Tim MacMahon of ESPN, Boston Celtics and Dallas Mavericks are in good terms regarding Andrew Bogut. Bogut currently has the worst record in the league and there is no way they can turn it around with all their injury issues.
Bogut currently is on the shelf again which means any deal should wait until he heals up. One thing is sure though, a Bogut-Horford tandem will be a hard fortress to penetrate on the defensive end. And that duo will be a reliable anchor in offense.
