The free-agents that signed last offseason are already available for trades so expect the talks to heat up as the days go by.
Dispelled: According to A. Sherrod Blakely of CSN, who wrote that according to his team source, Boston never talked to Sacramento about trading for Demarcus. That is in sync with the statement of the King's management that they have not talk to anyone about a Cousins trade.
If Demarcus is not going to Boston, where will he go? Will Sacramento continue to bet against themselves? Boston have the assets that can make the Kings' rebuild, worthwhile.
Really?: According to Inquisitr, Cleveland and Lakers are rumored to be on the table about Jordan Clarkson. According to the article, Jordan will be exchange for Iman Shumpert, Jordan McRae and a 2020 1st round pick.
Having a Jordan Clarkson in their bench, will be a big boost for the Cavs. Jordan can play PG and he has been working with his outside shot. He is average with his 33.33% shooting. But, do Cleveland really need to give up that much for a possible 6th man?
Iman Shumpert is killing it from the outside this season with his 42.9% shooting. His defense is also above-average. With his performance, it will be a bad decision to try and upgrade him. Jordan will still need time to build chemistry with the team and the bench and the fit could not be that great as expected.
